HOW DOES A CLIENT PAY THEIR VIRTUAL ASSISTANT(S)?

They don’t. Our clients pay us a flat monthly rate, and we pay our Virtual Assistants ourselves, as well as handle all insurance, benefits, and PTO.

HOW DOES MY TEAM AND CUSTOMERS COMMUNICATE WITH MY VIRTUAL ASSISTANT ?

Communicating with your VA is easy to set-up and seamless. Your VA will have an American phone number from your local area code using a VOIP app that will be linked to your business. This will allow the Virtual Assistant to perform receptionist duties, receive incoming and making outgoing calls and texts just like anyone else on your team.

WHAT TYPE OF SOFTWARE OR PROGRAMS SHOULD I USE WHILE WORKING WITH A VA? 

There are various ways to work with a Virtual Assistant, and what works for you depends on the tasks you need completed.
Some of the most common tools being used by Virtual Assistants include:
